DELIVERY BOX INFORMATION
The total number of glass bottles when buying beer or soft drinks should be divided by:
- 10 in a volume of 0,5,
- 12 in a volume of 0,33.
The required number can be made up of different flavours of the same volume of drinks.
DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
Orders in Latvia
Within Latvia we will deliver orders over 40 EUR free of charge. For orders under 40 EUR the delivery fee is 5 EUR.
Orders will be delivered within 2 working days from 8.00 to 20.00. We will specify the delivery time of the order by contacting you.
We do not deliver alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 and cannot provide proof of age. At the time of delivery, to ensure that the recipient is at least 18 years old, please provide proof of identity.
Currently we deliver only to Lithuania and Estonia. Orders usually arrive in 5-7 days after order placement for most countries but can take up to 2 weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Orders include tracking information. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.

If the weight of the shipment exceeds 60 kg, then the fee for every next 10 kg is 20 euros.

For international orders, please provide a local phone number, including country code (for example, +44 for UK), which the courier can use to contact you in the event that they need more information to complete the delivery.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
VAT & CUSTOMS/IMPORT CHARGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To return merchandise goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Regarding any beer, cider or spirit goods, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at email@example.com.
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
