Our rhubarb soda was developed over the course of several batches, until our experts created the true taste of summer – crunchy and bittersweet, seemingly plucked from the earth only moments beforehand. The rhubarb juice and syrup are bought from Latvian farms, while the water is taken from Valmiermuiža’s deep artesian well and subsequently enriched with carbon dioxide.
