A Belgian style pale ale brewed at the Valmiermuiža beer workshop Baltais mūks. Its golden colour is darker than traditional. A rich bouquet of aromas – a carousel of bananas with spicy herbal notes and a hint of rum. The dried fruit, honey, mild caramel and banana sweetness in its flavour is complemented by the mildly peppery bitterness of hops. A beer that is endlessly surprising – you will discover some new nuance every time you enjoy it.
Best enjoyed together with a decadently rich brie cheese or lightly spiced seafood and chicken pasta dishes.
Chill it at a temperature of 5-6°C.
