Balls have always been - and always will be. Even in the youth of our parents, people were happy, danced - and gladly enjoyed sweet and dark beer. In the 1970s and 1980s, what was heard in the polls of Mikrofona and TV Varavīksne was heard at the balls, the youth bought tape recorders and transcribed the records brought by sailors onto magnetic tapes. We have tried to revive the mood of these times in Valmiermuiž with an ensemble of five malts and three hops.
Valmiermuiža dark double box "Balle" - deep amber colored brew with light golden foam. In the perfume bouquet, an expressive biscuit base filled with caramel cream, colored by grassy, fruity notes of hops. In the cloudy beer, you can taste the sweetness of caramel and toffee with freshly cut hay, a touch of summer ripeness, a little wrapped flower and a barely perceptible touch of citrus. Fine, velvety, round sip with a semi-dry aftertaste.
